These terms cover your use of YurLight. We’ve kept them short and readable on purpose. By using the site, you’re agreeing to what’s below.

What YurLight is — and isn’t

YurLight offers assessments and reports for self-reflection and personal insight. They are for reflection and entertainment, and — even where grounded in published science — they are notmedical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone who can help.

Accounts

You can take assessments and buy reports without an account. If you create one, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 to use YurLight.

Payments

Paid reports and the Shine Your Light Access bundle are one-time purchases, processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. The bundle unlocks current paid content and anything we add while it remains a bundle offering.

Refunds — simple

If a report didn’t deliver what you hoped, email us and we’ll refund you. No forms, no hoops. We’d genuinely rather you feel good about the purchase than hold onto a few dollars. Just write hello@yurlight.com within 30 days.

Your answers and data

How we handle what you enter is covered in our Privacy page. Short version: we don’t sell your data, and you can take an assessment without an account.

Our content

The assessments, questions, reports, and writing on YurLight are original and belong to us. You’re welcome to keep and share your own results and reports. Please don’t copy, resell, or republish our content or questions as your own.

Fair use

Please don’t try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, and don’t use it to harm anyone. We may suspend access that does.

No guarantees

We work hard to make YurLight accurate and useful, but it’s provided “as is,” without guarantees, and we can’t promise particular outcomes from using it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to what you paid us for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as YurLight grows; we’ll change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we’ll do our best to say so clearly.
